Gazpacho’s by Las Tablitas  is already a popular hangout in Brownsville, Texas. The atmosphere and décor have an old world charm, and their Mediterranean menu has plenty of choices to satisfy any palate.

Featured photograph shows one of the most popular deli sandwiches called “La Cubana,”it consists of pulled pork, avocado, and cheese as the main ingredients. Patrons can order the meal which includes the sandwich, a side salad, plus a small bowl of soup.  Sopa Azteca is Gazpacho’s own original version of a tortilla soup; it is also one of the most popular entrees served here.

On Sundays, Gazpacho’s serves the traditional Spanish Paella, and traditional Spanish tapas are part of the daily menu. Tocinetas, which are tenderloin tips wrapped in bacon, are delicious. All of these entrees can be accompanied by a good wine; Gazpacho’s has a great selection of wines, plus a full service bar. This is also a good place to enjoy a good cup of coffee in the afternoon, or to host a private party.

The prices are moderate, the ambiance is great, and the service is friendly.

This restaurant is highly recommended.
