Cheap chicas guide to style

Lilliana Vazquez’ new book is now available through Amazon for less than 20 dollars, and just in time for the holidays!

It is very important to notice the tagline which clearly states that looking “chic” is what’s important. I stress this because it is so easy to look “cheap” when buying cheap, and that’s why I love to follow Vazquez’ blog at

According to Amazon, in her new book, Lilliana is spilling her secrets, and has added fun quizzes that will help readers define their style and budget.

One of the things I love about living in South Texas is that we can practically wear summer/spring clothes year round. All we need to add is a fitted jacket or trendy sweaters and voilà!  Short sleeved and  sleeveless black dresses can go a long way.  Even white is in style for the winter months, and I love a good pair of white jeans.

And let’s not forget about leggings, which we can wear under short summer skirts as long as they are not linen skirts – that would be stretching it a bit – and boots to “winterize” our outfits.

End of the summer season sales are the best time to buy discounted shoes and fine dresses, so let’s get stylish!
