A middle-aged woman looking at her face in the mirror

I really enjoyed reading this article I found in the Huffington Post by Grandparents.com, and I also love their tagline; it’s great to be grand.

The article recommends breaking everyday mannerisms that can take 3 to 5 years off our appearances. Things we don’t really think about such as rubbing our eyes, and sleeping on our sides or stomach (like I do), will make us look younger in 2 to 4 weeks according to this article.

Yo-yo dieting and eating too much sugar as well as overdoing our anti-aging routine makes us age faster than necessary, and we don’t want that. Oh no. I have also heard that the humidity of the Rio Grande Valley keeps our skin moist and beautiful – what do you think?

Hope you enjoy reading the article,  and let me know if you have some anti-aging practices you recommend.
